Sixth project meeting in Rome, Italy
The 6th project meeting of AuToMa project, “Automation, Technology transfer and Managerial practices for the growth of SMEs, a better employability and the promotion of the entrepreneurship“, was held on 28.03.2019 in Rome, Italy. It was hosted by the project coordinator - LUISS. There were a total of 7 participants present at the meeting.
The meeting was conducted within two days. The consortium discussed all the intellectual outputs developed within the project, how they can be promoted further and the overall sustainability activities to be conducted in order to maintain their durability and usefulness to the project target groups in the future. Special emphasis was put on the Dissemination and exploitation tasks the maintenance of the project website, AuToMa eLearning platform and the AuToMa Resources and Learning Integrated Area. In addition, the financial and administrative aspects of the project were discussed by the partnership with the project coordinator as a moderator. The final quality and risk management procedures were also reviewed by partners with ECQ as the leading partner responsible for this activity. The achievement of the qualitative and quantitative indicators was presented as well as results from the latest meeting evaluation. After those discussions, partners concentrated on the final conference to be conducted the very next day (29.03.2019). They distributed and clarified their responsibilities at the event and reviewed each other’s presentations in order not to overlap.
The second day of the conference continued with the remaining issues regarding AuToMa project management and implementation regarding the reporting of the project. The deadlines to be respected for the provision of the financial documents for the final report were established.
Overall, it can be concluded that the partnership managed to successfully implement AuToMa project and to produce results which are useful and relevant to the needs of the project target groups. The established measures for securing sustainability of the outputs and other outcomes through regular updating of the content will enable the project to remain highly usable and a point of reference to the project targeted audience and other interested parties. The partnership will continue to inform the audience of the newest developments regarding the project even after it ends through AuToMa social media channels and website as well as the project partners’ websites.
The final project conference is scheduled for 29th of March, 2019 and will be hosted by LUISS in Rome, Italy.
