The 3^rd project meeting of AuToMa project, “Automation, Technology transfer and Managerial practices for the growth of SMEs, a better employability and the promotion of the entrepreneurship“, took place on 19.10.2017 and 20.10.2017 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. It was hosted by the Spanish partner - CARSA. To summarize, 11 participants took part in the meeting and all project partners were represented.

The project partners were engaged in a discussion over the preparation of a summary of output 1 AuToMa Learning Methodology and translation of it in all partners’ languages. The finalization of the learning modules within the technical and managerial paths (output 4) along with the evaluation questionnaires to be developed after each module posed another important topic for discussion at the meeting. The progress made on output 3 - AuToMa Resources and Learning Integrated Area and  more specifically, the elaborated e-learning platform, virtual classroom and the designated AuToMa Integrated Knowledge System were presented by PIAP. Individual presentations were delivered regarding the latest developments concerning the official project website, the dissemination and exploitation activities along with quality and risk management and internal evaluation. Special emphasis was placed on the state of the project management process and the interim report to be submitted before 30.01.2018.

Overall, the meeting was very fruitful and allowed for AuToMa partnership to consult on the preparation of intellectual outputs 5, 7 and 8 as well as finalization of output 4 & organization of focus groups in each partner country to test and validate the initial versions of AuToMa Integrated Area and learning contents. The next project meeting is scheduled for May, 2018 and will be hosted by TUKE in Kosice, Slovakia.
